Pros

The compensation package is solid, with flexible work hours and opportunities to travel. The product itself is excellent, so I took pride in my work. My two years here had their ups and downs but were mostly positive.

Cons

Management decisions were often inconsistent, with little opportunity for internal promotion. External hires filled most new positions, which was disappointing. Last-minute tasks without consideration for workload were common, leading to late nights. Despite generous pay, the company struggled to attract top talent, causing delays and unnecessary stress.

Pros

- Fully remote setup, flexible working arrangement to suit a global setup. Multicultural colleagues from over 30 countries - Lots of freedom and space to execute, to try new things out - Very friendly and helpful colleagues; there's always someone who would help and support you - The company keeps everyone updated on the recent progress, sales figures, wins and losses. There's space to ask questions too - Great attitude towards new parents, freedom to arrange your personal life alongside your work is not seen as problematic - Not overrun by processes, a lot of things are done ad-hoc. - plenty of learning opportunities, whether it's blockchain, design, marketing or whatever else you are interested in - there are workshops and channels for everyone's access. - Management is very hands-on and works alongside teams on a daily basis!

Cons

- Sometimes, new processes are rolled out very quickly and could be a bit hard to prioritise, especially during busy times. - No clear benefits package yet, but the business is a competitive payer, and if you want to buy a book or do a course, it's usually available. - Some managers are relatively new in their roles and might still lack the experience to lead teams strategically, which can be a bit short-sighted. But that's the growth pain that goes away with training and being open-minded to changing things up. - Not really negative, but more executive coaching opportunities would be amazing!
