      Pros

      Lots of new projects to get involved with. Global Widget is a great place add new experiences and skills to your resume. The company is fully dedicated to the success of the people and the company.

      Cons

      Because we have to be so agile, priorities can change quickly. However, we adapt to that by hiring very talented people. As a manager, I work to ensure my team is clear on their objectives.
