1. The office is close to the metro 2. Perfect for people who happen to have brown noses 3. The right place if you have 0 self-respect

Cons

1. Work is secondary. Please your manager to have any semblance of a future here 2. Everything is caked under layers of office politics 3. Some managers are incompetent beyond words 4. You cannot use the restroom without raising a dozen questions 5. HR will do everything in its power to get you fired if you forget to dot an I and cross a T. 6. You are viewed as a means of achieving X target. Nothing more, 7. Leaves = Work from home

A lot of flexibility to learn from scratch, one is not bound to their team to learn. weekly followup of how to grow and measures taken to become better gives scope for freshers to participate and provide their inputs.

Cons

The learning is not structured, so one may face challenges initially.
