      Pros

      Very profitable. They make you pay for parking. Extra for indoor parking. Located at Woodbine and Steels. The staff at the Tim Horton's are nice.

      Cons

      It is a 24/7/365 industry. Expect long hours any day of the year. Expectation is that you work up to 50 hrs a week but get paid for 37.5 hrs. No time off or other compensation for extra hours. Salary is poor.

      Pros

      Disruptively innovative solution and technology in a global space vastly underserved Energetic and fearless developmental environment that proved the impossible was, indeed quite possible

      Cons

      Dysfunctional board....could contribute nothing of value, with individuals focused on personal agendas for self-gain. They didn't draw upon the talents of other board/advisory members who were clearly more than capable. Crippling hiring decisions.
