Pros

There are no pros to this job. If you're really good at negotiating, you might get a decent base comp. But it is all downhill from there.

Cons

Everything. Samad, the CEO, speaks a lot of "transparency" and "high-performance" talk and might show you some polished stuff during the interview process, but once you start, he is one of the worst people in life. Not just at work. He doesn't care about anyone. He micromanages. Benefits suck. He doesn't treat anyone with any respect. Everyone hates him. Everyone at the company just wanted to have a job. No one is excited to work here. No one wants to work with Samad. Most people hired here are gone within 3 months. He makes management post fake reviews online so that we can hire more people so that he can continue firing people. Additionally, he won't pay any severance. I've seen multiple people on our teams get let go. He'll offer to allow them to pretend to work at Glow until they find a new job, but most of the people with more than 3 months of experience with Glow had already been fired. Samad turns on you in the blink of an eye. From being friendly one day to making your life a living hell until you leave.

Pros

An easy way to get into a start up, given their revolving door

Cons

If you looked on this page 2 years ago they had over 6 1 star reviews and now they're gone, what you're not seeing is the experience of everyone who has worked directly with the CEO. He is cruel, unreasonable, unfair, walks back on his word, and does everything you think of an immoral business person would do to get ahead. If it means stomping on your neck to get ahead, he'll do it and spit in your face while doing so. He doesn't care about giving coverage to small business owners, he cares about profit. Incredibly bias, which you can see in hiring decisions, there's a full on lack of diversity and that's not done accidentally

Pros

- The service they provide to clients is fine.

Cons

- CEO micromanages every single thing anyone does. If the CEO isn't breathing down your neck, someone else is. - They only seem to care about quantity, not quality. That goes for metrics and who they hire. - Did not feel like I was cared about whatsoever, just a cog in the machine. - They set unrealistic expectations on metrics. - Management is very arrogant and not open to any feedback or suggestions. - Undermine any and all sales experience you have. - High turnover rate.
