Pros

While it's true they don't deduct taxes in your salary, the hassle isn't justified. There are superior companies offering permanent remote work, better compensation, comprehensive benefits, and job stability. Regrettably, this company doesn't fit into that category.

Cons

It's strongly advisable to steer clear of this company if you prioritize stability. It's not conducive to your mental well-being due to its lack of adherence to Philippine labor laws, resulting in unfair dismissals of team members without proper procedures. Additionally, their claim that a "generous" salary compensates for the absence of health benefits is untrue, as other companies offer better compensation packages along with HMO coverage. This company is riddled with dishonesty, narcissistic behavior, and a lot of misinformation, so it's wise to protect your own interests.

Pros

I wish I could give this company zero stars. My time here has been nothing but frustrating. The management, particularly Katie, is unprofessional and discriminatory. Katie often makes inappropriate comments and treats certain employees unfairly based on their background or appearance. This behavior is not only unethical but also creates a hostile work environment where employees feel marginalized and unsupported. One of the worst experiences was seeing how Katie’s discriminatory attitude directly impacted the company’s business. A major client backed out of a deal after witnessing Katie's unprofessional behavior during a meeting. It was embarrassing, and the company did nothing to address it. Instead of taking responsibility, they continued to allow Katie’s toxic influence to harm relationships with clients and employees alike. The overall work culture is incredibly negative, and there’s no room for growth. You're expected to work long hours without any appreciation, and the pay doesn’t match the level of stress and burnout that comes with the job. If you're not in the right clique, you're invisible, no matter how hard you work. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. It’s clear that they don’t value their employees, and the lack of leadership and respect for diversity makes it a place where you’ll feel constantly undervalued and unsupported. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Scott Moran is okay and Katie Yamashita is the mole. You cannot defend yourself because she will shut you up.

Cons

The client treats you well, but the Go2 people "NOT"
