      Pros

      Good for interns as you can get good exposure and use that to join a good organization in future.

      Cons

      Management is arrogant and egoistic. Employees are treated as slaves. Getting loud during arguments and sometimes using very unprofessional language. No personal space or care, they will intensionally stop you from stepping out of office by conducting a useless meeting. CEO plays minds games where in he will keep you on realising that he is the CEO. Saturday working. At the time of hiring, leaders will lie about their cultures. Overall atmosphere of depression around the office. Hire and Fire. People will disappear suddenly. Fake reviews to hide honest reviews.

      Found None. Be very cautious before joining

      Cons

      Upper Management and co-founders are very insensitive and inhuman Salary gets deposited on the 3rd or 4th of every month. No Work-life balance One mistake and you are out of the organisation. 1 or 2 man drives the company and its decision.

      No one to manage. Disjointed teams. no timelines followed.
