-Good, hard working people with excellent talent and drive. Culture started out very good. Pay was good and the team was fun early,

Cons

-Changing commission plan for the worse. -Didn't pay on all commissions after the fact. -They support the Canadian team much more than the US team. -Minimal sales support after letting go BDR members. -They screwed over a number of sales people.

I have worked at GoSecure for over 3 years as an security analyst, the service has experience a lot of enhancements and our detection and mitigation has a very high rate of success for our clients. I've learned a lot from my colleagues, there are a lot of very smart people employed here! I enjoy creating positive outcomes for our clients!

I don't really have anything negative to say, the company treats it's employees very good.

The really great people working there are a pleasure to interact with.

Cons

This company is increasingly a disaster with each progressive year. The CEO has no real sales strategy, there are no funnel reviews and zero strategic differentiation. The company will not allow sales teams the time to build out a new territory and is a revolving door of sales people and leaders.

Really nice and smart people, I have grown and learned so much over the past three years; lots of changes in the past year, but all of them have made our company more successful.. Very positive outlook, and people here are excited about our future, so all in all great tech company to work for, 100% remote is another huge plus..

Cons

Reorg last year was tough, but we are going in the right direction now..
