Pros
Really supportive and comfortable working environment. Everyone in the office is super nice and make you feel you are part of a family. Flexible work hours. Oh and the boss sometimes brings his dog to work.
Cons
Team in the mill valley office is a bit small, I had no senior engineers to ask questions on the fly. But they have very experienced senior engineers in the Australia office who will drop what they are doing and do pair programming with me. Salary is a bit on the lower end, but for an entry level job, it's not bad.
