Pros

Good holiday entitlement, friendly immediate colleagues

Cons

- No respect from senior management. The CEO doesn't respect peoples time and will consistently arrange and then turn up to meetings late or cancel them last minute. Lies and manipulation are commonplace. - Everything that's been stated in previous posts here about the CEO and leadership team - Poor strategy execution and communication. The strategy seems to change every 2 months so people don't know how to prioritise their time. - The parent company, Stepstone, isn't very people focused at all. You need to stay on your toes as they really can't be trusted

Pros

Amazing coworkers, snacks, great location, good WIFi, a dog friendly office, and you might get a free trip to Berlin!

Cons

This company has a problem with upper management. All the problems trickle down from the top. The CEO is a volatile, unpredictable person who often screams at his employees. The executive team is an exclusive club that often makes junior and mid level employees feel uncomfortable with their Caligula/Sodom & Gomorrah lifestyle. Everyone drinks too much but because of all the drama and chaos, it's not surprising. The company changes its goals and strategies literally every two months, leaving junior and mid level employees confused and scared for their future. The tragedy of it all is that Good&Co attracts genuine talent. Perhaps if the executive team were more genuinely concerned about the needs of their employees, it could be a more successful company.
