      You can ceate your own schedule

      Cons

      This company avoids paying you for work you've done at all costs. No one answers the phone or calls you back, and no one responds to emails. This is outrageous. The one time I did get paid for my work (before they stopped paying me), it took days after asking to be paid for the money to be transferred.

      Pros

      Some of the most intelligent, passionate, and motivated individuals who all believe in the company's mission. The office has a laid-back feel, having employees in an open space environment. With their "get stuff done" mentality, the team is quick to implement ideas while being open minded to new ways of doing things.

      Cons

      Because there are so many moving pieces, communication across teams sometimes gets lost in the shuffle - so coordination could be improved.
