      great balance of leadership and freedom to organise the space. Hands on problem solving. Each day has new challenges with new products added , coordinating shipments and managing the inventory. No extra hours needed

      High pressure and responsibility sometimes can be physically demanding

      Pros

      I followed up from a five people's team that got stuck in a rat. I had to lay down new processes and look for new ways to apply my marketing experience. Exciting and cutting edge social media and development team. Very understanding and experimental senior management that is not afraid to try new things. Great production team to work with and great career opportunity for the future.

      Cons

      Traffic can be a bit difficult to get to in the morning. Not many managerial positions
