It’s a really enjoyable place to work & they really support employee development & wellbeing. In sickness & in health they really do care about their employees & they go that extra mile to ensure everyone is happy in the workplace. The directors and senior management are lovely in every way & this feeds through the whole business, making it a lovely place to work. The business really listens to every employee & is very sympathetic & supportive whatever your problems or issues might be. Grant Engineering also support charity team building events, as well as having other events throughout the year. Potential hybrid working for some employees. An excellent staff relaxation area & wellness area for all employees. Going to work is really enjoyable!
