      - Amazing teammates - a bunch of talented, driven and empathetic people who all know how to have fun while getting things done to the highest standards - We're building an amazing, meaningful product which is going to have a massive impact - it's really exciting to be a part of this! - Strong remote-first processes allow for flexible working whilst still ensuring great communication and connectedness within the team

      The remote working environment, although perfect for me, might not be a good fit for everyone.

      Pros

      Team of driven, smart and fun people working on an interesting challenge and product. Built with remote-first processes which attracts the best talent regardless of location and still works as effectively as if everyone was in one place. This is great for someone wanting flexibility while working on one of the most exciting new products.

      Cons

      Remote environments require strong communication and self discipline so it has to be the right fit for you.

      Weekly tracking of how everybody is feeling, including challenges, shout outs, achievement recognition, blockers etc Good benefits Remote and flexible working Everybody was really nice
