Pros

Teams are nice and try to look out for each other

Cons

Since Alison left and Sarah Scholefield joined the place has been a mess. Morale is low, clients are leaving and retention of staff is so so low. People keep leaving every week!! The redundancies made end of last year didn't help either. They are trying to make profits but are just damaging the business more. They do not value staff and instead overwork them telling them that's the way agency life is....I can promise you from experience it isn't!!

Pros

Colleagues are generally nice people to work with.

Cons

- Toxic workplace - Horrible work life balance. Staying in the office late everyday to get work done. - Management were bullies. Sent horrible email which make you feel anxious all the time because you don’t want to make a mistake. - they say flexible working but there really isn’t. WFH once a month is not flexible. - lack of diversity and representation. If you care for your mental health, please avoid this company.

Pros

Great client names and some really lovely, talented people who battle on doing the best they can.

Cons

Grayling in the UK is spiralling down the plug hole and the constant reaction to more failure is to cut more staff, regardless of how important they are to client relationships and teams. There is no strategy and no internal comms. The leadership team are not leaders - they're puppets of a pointless holding company. No-one is valued and no-one is safe. Steer clear.
