Pros
Easy nursing work, you just have to figure out all of the nutty rules for who does what when. Good Luck. Don't question anything management does, even when it makes no sense.
Cons
Very poor communication. Rumors take priority over accurate communication. Disorganized HR situation, benefits are not communicated, not set up correctly. Don't try to pay into the 401K, they don't know how to set it up, can't get the insurance company to send you a benefit card etc. No orientation program for staff, any nurse is randomly chosen to precept new staff.
