Cons:
- You’re selling vaporware - the product doesn’t work as advertised
- Management doesn’t care about you as a person, no professional development, no benefits, healthcare is poor, etc. They see you as a number on a spreadsheet
- Management will promise you everything and tell you what you want to hear in order to hit a goal but will follow through maybe 20% of the time
- They’ll make up and shift numbers around to hit goal at the end of the month (not honest)
- Very sales-bro culture in SF
- Inexperienced management in Poland, double whammy
- Crowded space with no real differentiation
- Interviewers lie to get people onboard
