Pros
Family-friendly so wonderful for anyone who needs flexibility due to kids, etc. Great place to work if you are looking for work-life balance and a decent amount of job stability.
Cons
There were no major cons that I’ve encountered in my almost 4 years of working in Guided Solutions. But of course, no one is perfect - Package/ Benefits could be improved so it could be competitive with other company’s. The good thing is that you can easily talk to your manager to discuss the issue or concern.
