Working in a fast- paced multinational scale up company can be challenging. When it comes to organization, we are taking initiatives to improve this concern by nurturing our culture of feedback, harmonizing our processes and improving our communication.

The CEO is not much of communicator, and fires people expectantly without much warning. Management pretty much a bunch of children running the show.
