Pros

The vacation/personal/sick time available is great. You start with three weeks of vacation (prorated based on start date), get 5 personal days (prorated based on start date) and earn 1 sick day per month.

Cons

If you want to be talked down to by Upper and Middle Management on a daily basis then this would be the perfect place to work. No one in those positions cares about anything but ensuring that the agency doesn't lose money again. For a non-profit agency, ensuring they make money seems to be top priority over client care.

Pros

Individual teams become really tight. Some of the best people I have ever worked with.

Cons

Vaccine mandates, higher ups who pretend really hard to listen but really dont. Politics infused with the company goals.

We agree – we have the very best staff. Our vaccine requirement was put in place to help protect the health and wellbeing of the entire HCRS community and especially that of the vulnerable population that we serve.
