      This is the worst company - no ethics and the management is awful!

      Pros

      The only thing I can think of is that they taught me about recruitment, how it works and what the job entails.

      Cons

      The company is run by a manipulative man who i would warn every girl to stay away from. Culture is awful - no support and has a hire and fire mentality A real boys club mentality and they offer no training to junior members of staff People leave or get fired very regularly

      The company is very supportive and the people there are great, HFG provide you a great platform to develop your skills. Perry was especially supportive and was a great manager to work for.
