You can definitely grow In the company and be given opportunity to grow in to better positions.
Cons
The only reason you have more opportunities is because there is a fast turn around in this place. The hard workers are taken advantage of and given the most work with no support or proper training for new roles. It’s sad that the harder you worked the more pressure you where put on and since the upper management only care about hitting there goals to get grants they add new project or new services without having the staff needed which leads to more people being burnt out.
