Low pay, poor management team, you get cost of living increases without performance, laid a bunch of people off others work harder and pay/bonus promised we not paid

Enjoyed a good work-life balance.

Cons

Lacks any sort of vision or strategy. Struggle with finding footing in healthcare it space post sale of global conference. Multiple rounds of layoffs in 6 years and constant leadership changes made working towards organization goals a challenge.
