you get to try out a new place to see if you fit in
Cons
but that's probably because that office is incapable of keeping people not the warmest of businesses, but oh well, try not to interact with them next time. they don't give out emails or phone numbers even for communication so they can fire you and not have any repercussions/feedback/communication. cold & weird experience.

HRO offers great work/life balance and a nice company culture. A great starting place for new HR professionals.
Cons
It's a very small company with very long tenured employees so there isn't always a lot of room for growth.
