      Don’t Do It!!!

      Pros

      Friendly co-workers…that’s the only positive there is.

      Cons

      Executive management does not care about the employees and have no business ethics whatsoever. It’s not about patient care, it’s about money, which is why a majority of business office functions are sent overseas to people who are very nice but have absolutely no knowledge of the US healthcare system. They are expected to be subject matter experts after minimal training. Potential employees & clients beware!!!

      Pros

      I enjoy working for this company, I like that it is challenging, the leaders are understanding and provide very good feedback about your work. It is still growing and this motivates me even more.

      Cons

      Workload sometimes is a lot, but that is normal at any growing company. The company could be more flexible with permissions requests.
