The company offers plenty of interesting engineering problems to work on. It also promotes ownership of specific parts of the product. A seamless development process with clear roles and regular product builds. Despite the small size of the company, it works with some of the largest electric utilities in the world. Really nice and thoughtful colleagues and all employees feel their point of view is valued.
