The salary and all the benefits provided are exceptional. You also get to work with colleagues who are from different parts of the world. The only part of my job I liked was the paycheck.

Cons

The Work culture is terrible. Management expects you to work without asking any questions. Opinions are not encouraged and there is no room for professional growth. The managers are mostly incapable because they are put in their position due to the nationality and not skill. My department lost more than 50% of its workforce in the span of a year, which goes on to show how terrible the work culture is
