      A good in-between job, nothing more

      Pros

      Stable company, friendly (to your face) coworkers/superiors, big Christmas parties, PTO/holidays, easy to slack-off as long as you smile and crack jokes to your superiors while you do it

      Cons

      Low pay and only got raises when I informed them that I was interviewing for better paying jobs, rewards (raises/promotions) given to suck-ups instead of hard workers, production management/supervisors are a group of friends who gossip about employees and do not recognize who gets the job done, production management/supervisors are not experienced in any other production environment, lots of promises made with none delivered, lots of time wasted doing other people's work for no recognition

      Pros

      I used to think there were some pros, the longer I work here the more I understand that there really are no pros. This place is a dead end. They will promise and promise, stating that the more you learn the more you are worth. This is not so. Unless you are an executive, you get paid very little for work that other companies would pay more than double for most employees. However, they do work well with schedules.

      Cons

      HR is not on the employees side. Raises are small and only given once a year. Promises of promotions and cross-training are a norm, but these promises are rarely followed through. Executives make a a lot, and I mean a lot of money. A basic production worker is lucky if they make 10.50/ an hour. This company is very policy driven. Company policy prohibits employees from sharing their wage/salary making it very difficult for employees to judge their own value and negotiate for higher pay. Insurance benefits are cut rate. Arches.... Really?

      Cons

      -The pay isn't good at all! They don't pay the production workers enough but expect so much out of them! -They only do raise reviews once a year and base it not fully on your performance and reliability but on how much the company makes and looses. -The person in charge of HR is an absolute joke, she complains about everyone's work performance but is never at work! She is also in charge of finances, which is a no no! -The leads that they just hired in the production warehouse are not qualified to do the job and they passed up very good potential candidates -There is no room to move up in the company, they rarely ever offer promotions
