Dirty politics and incompetence runs in the blood and veins of the company
Pros
1. You will learn a lot about handling office politics. 2. After working here, working in any company will seem good 3. You will get a gift paper wrapped designation as almost everyone in the company is some sort of Head/Director/VP.
Cons
1. Lot of politics, groupism in the company and if you are a dedicated and hardworking employee, you won't be let to work peacefully. 2. Fake 5 star glassdoor reviews are posted on frequent basis to hide the orignal reviews and also to fool prospective employees as recently lot of attrition has started happening and they need to hire new ones. 2. KRA's will change every 15 Days, hence working here feels like putting your efforts in wrong place. 3. Weak and visionless founders who are not able to run the company and were able to fool investors uptill a certain time period. 4. Unprofessionalism and non-ethical behaviour is encouraged by so called managers whose only skillset which has helped them stay is fooling the founders. 5. No HR Department, only 2 recruiters are there. 6. Lot of ambitious, innovative employees have already left the company. 7. There are people who are getting paid for bootlicking, deceiving and presenting fake rosy pictures about the business future which the founders are not able to comprehend till now. 8. Company is not doing well and future of the company is uncertain
