      1. Great Benefit Matching including Lunch, Transportation, Gym, Health Care, etc. 2. Maybe not first but definitely one of the most advanced company apply reinforcement learning on Game Operation. 3. Strong and Solid Engineering Team. 4. Healthy and young company culture.

      Cons

      Not the size of the major game company, so one person needs to focus on many things.

      Pros

      Friendly and supporting vibe. A lot of entertainment and activities for employees, organized by the company. Free breakfast and other stuffs, overall a good and cool environment, especially for tech-loving people.

      Cons

      Double layers of management, which made it difficult to communicate ones idea or issue to the management or to the teams assigned to handle such things. This created a lot of issues having to deal with costumers and providing service to customers.
