Flexible hour, complete your 8hours and can go back home. Have work from home. Can arrange your time based on your work.

Cons

Management very biased. They have favourite staff, if you are their favourite ,very lucky just be chef in our office and will get salary every months. Nobody will argue she/he doing job or not. Management also racist and they dont like people clever than them.

Flexible time, great team, good insurance, cozy building, work from home privileges, milk and sereal everyday, no boxes, open space, multicultural environment.

Cons

Too much drama, politics, low appreciation, enormous workload, unbalanced remuneration, no transparency, trial and error every day, too much third parties thing makes so ineffective
