      Pros

      Live and work near the Beach. The locale is beautiful

      Cons

      Management is really out of the 1950's and very narcissistic. Don't expect a life at all as you are expected to be available 24/7 and work 60 hours or more a week to prove your a 'team player' Should you not willingly bow at the alter of upper management you are considered a non team player and worthless. Upper management refuse to disagree or tell the CEO 'NO' and consistently grind their people into the ground to achieve impossible demands.

      Location....Located in a very nice area of the country!

      Cons

      Out of at least about 1,000....The biggest one...From the senior mgmt. level up, just absolute incompetence! You have people making well over 200k (VPs buying million-dollar homes on Hilton Head Island), that couldn't even run a gas station, let alone a multi hundred-million dollar communication company like this.

      Some great coworkers, Ok discount on cable, but the service is only good in areas with fiber

      Terrible benefits, Even when on PTO management will bother you and expect you to still do your job, no communication,
