Pros

The team here is really supportive, and the office has a nice, social environment that makes it a pleasant place to work every day. It's a great spot to grow your career with plenty of opportunities for professional development. On top of that, the company offers a great benefits package.

Cons

If you prefer a predictable, routine 9-to-5, the speed might feel overwhelming - but if you love a dynamic environment, it’s incredibly exciting.

Significant turnaround, Major transformation

Pros

The company has gone through major changes in leadership and culture. Earlier there were issues with execution, alignment, and accountability at senior levels, which impacted overall performance. Things have improved significantly after new SaaS leadership came in, with a stronger focus on delivery, structure, and impact. It is now a more performance-driven environment with higher expectations and clearer direction. Ex- Senior leader with long tenure and payroll experience appeared to lack strong technical depth, which contributed to past challenges.

Cons

Earlier there were gaps in execution, alignment, and accountability at senior levels, which impacted overall delivery. Some processes and decision-making structures were less mature during earlier phases of the company’s growth.

Pros

Working at Harri has been a rewarding experience with excellent opportunities to learn, collaborate, and grow professionally. The leadership team is approachable and committed to continuously improving both the employee and customer experience. I truly appreciate the recent initiatives introduced by management, including clearer roles and responsibilities, live performance dashboards, improved work visibility, streamlined workflows, and stronger cross-functional collaboration. These changes have enhanced operational efficiency, increased accountability, and enabled teams to deliver faster, higher-quality support to customers. The culture encourages ownership, innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning, creating an environment where employees can develop valuable skills and make a meaningful impact. I also appreciate the vision and commitment shown by the leadership team, from the CEO, COO and Managing Director to the VP of Global Support and managers, in driving positive change and fostering a customer-first culture.

Cons

One area of improvement is career growth and internal promotions. Employees who consistently perform well, take ownership, and contribute beyond their core responsibilities would benefit from a more structured and transparent career progression process. Recognising and rewarding high-performing employees with timely growth opportunities would further boost motivation, engagement, and long-term retention.
