Based on this process we are confident that our pay rates are within market. We recognize that some employers pay more than we do and that other employers pay less than we do. Hello and thank you for posting. Our people are definitely professionals in their field and we're pleased to know that in your experience everyone is kind and polite. With regard to pay, the large min wage increases in BC over the past couple of years has caused significant wage compression issues for all employers including Harry Rosen. We are optimistic that now that we have more stability in this area we will be in a better position to recognize team members financially for strong performance.
