      Pros

      Full online training available in video format. Access to all the leadership team anytime its needed You get to help makes families live's better and protected I feel good everyday from what Harvard has giving me and my family Unlimited income potential, including commissions, overrides and renewals Been in business for 24 years so the business model is proven time and time again

      Cons

      Must be ok with commissions as getting paid With no one on your case o work sometimes actually doing the work is solely in your own hands whether you have success or failure will be squarely on your shoulders.

      Amen Gainsville! The only salespeople that I know that are afraid of 100% commission are those that do not believe in their sales skills. We offer our agents the best sales training in the industry and we pay them incredibly for being disciplined to be productive without daily supervision.

      Pros

      I have been searching for the right employer while finishing my Masters. I have two classes left and then will start my Internship on the weekends.

      Cons

      I enjoy working for myself with Harvard the only con I believe I face is the education for others on the importance of Identity Theft.

      Pros

      Great training program, I was ready to get my first few checks in a matter of two weeks from starting with the Harvard RMC. They provide the most robust and comprehensive, yet affordable products and services. Compensation is outstanding!!!

      Cons

      Not for lazy or unmotivated people, not for timid people, the products sell well, but if you aren't willing to cold call, this is not the opportunity for you.
