Pros
incredible team, loved all my co-workers. Interesting projects and likable clients. Commute was never too bad, and the benefits were adequate
Cons
Disorganized doesn't even begin to cover it. Shuffled from job to job, all of which were behind schedule and over-budget. Frequently supervisors would be absent from oversight responsibilities until clients were unhappy, at which point they would swoop in to blame anyone else in the room. Lots of promises made for future benefits and incentives that were not kept.
