      Pros

      It is amazing to be a part of a company at a stage where it is growing so rapidly. So encouraging to see that finally all cities are doing well and revenue has grown at least 10 times from last year. I would bet on the success of Headout going by the way things are going right now. There is so much room for personal growth and learning.

      Cons

      It would be great to have soft skill training sessions and more employee development programs.

      1. Energetic work culture 2. Accessible people. Even CEO, COO and CTO are easily accessible 3. High growth. Being one of the first 30-40 people, I have seen the company growing in leaps and bounds - office, teams, metrics, challenges to solve and of course, salary ;)

      Cons

      Dinner food quality is also not the best. Management does try to make it better by shuffling caterers but it looks like they have not been able to find the best one yet.

      If you're not good with change and a fast paced environment, it may be a challenge for you Would like to see more diversity in the leadership group
