      Supportive values, but challenging onboarding experience

      Pros

      I am drawn to company values, professionalism and support to date, looking forward to becoming proficient with the documentation side of things, lots to take in, but now enjoying more. Interesting and diverse, definitely suits a people person.

      Cons

      Onboarding was challenging, I think would work better in a group setting with more time allowed. The information Was a lot to take in and felt rushed, so delayed other areas of access, training.
