      Pros

      I’ve been with the company for two years, and I’m excited to continue here for many more. The directors are actively involved in the process, always ensuring we receive the guidance we need. The company truly values and recognises each of us as important contributors. We're given plenty of opportunities to develop our skills, and there's a great variety of tasks and external activities that keep things interesting.

      I cannot think of any cons that I have experienced or observed.

      Minimal really. I changed locations and then moved away so was unable to stay with the organisation
