      Free parking , gym , free tea / coffee , some great staff

      Change in leadership team has resulted in poor decisions which appear to be putting the business at risk High number of staff resignations along with redundancies Lack of support For employees As a health and well-being provider , this company does not practice what it preaches

      Pros

      I’ve been with Health Shield for over four years, and during that time, I’ve witnessed the company’s incredible journey. The current senior leadership team is outstanding, and their vision, strategy, and values are truly strong. I’m excited about the bright future ahead. What stands out the most is their genuine care for their employees, coupled with a benefits package that is both comprehensive and rewarding.

      Cons

      The office space is light, airy, gym on site, free parking but departments are very separate which doesn't help for cohesive working. Open plan would be better!
