Decent pay. Great coworkers and the mission of the company was very important

Lower management at my location was horrible. Very unprofessional and rude. Piled more work on staff while sitting back in their office gossiping about staff all day or "working from home" but you were never able to get in contact with them.

Corporate office is managed in very hostile and unprofessional manner. Loyalty to the company is taken for granted as demonstrated by not promoting worthy employees. Morale at Corporate office always low due to CEO's management style. Too many valuable employees have left the company due to harsh treatment.
