Fastest growing OH company - little regard for staff

Expanding opportunities in different working environments.

Cons

Pay levels are very poor for roles across the board, certainly more interested in profit than retaining experienced staff. Differing pay for same jobs in different areas of country Sick pay is abysmal and maternity leave is non existent, no support for staff. Enforced use of annual leave during Christmas period regardless of the employees preference.
