The people and the company mission are 2 key benefits for me. Everyone is aligned on the mission and the personalities at Hello Alice make it a challenging but fun place to work. In my role I get to work with a lot of people. I also get a lot of autonomy to decide how work will get done. I also extend that autonomy to my team so they can decide how our product will be built. Another cool aspect of the job is that it's still a fairly young company. We're outside of the start up phase, but still early enough that a lot of key decisions are still being made and I am excited to be a part of helping to build that out.

I learn so much every day from my coworkers, who work hard to serve small business owners, but also take time to check in on life and make sure the journey is fun. There is never a dull moment, and no shortage of opportunity to grow. I’m grateful to work for a company that blends purpose, personality and growth into every single day!
