      Good location & tech team The workers are great GM

      toxic director and management, like to sack people in probation, ZERO work life balance, expected to be on call 24/7, culture of fear and blame, lazy managers who just do directors dirty work (but don't tell you what they want), no processes or direction for staff, no salary reviews

      Pros

      Team filled with very young employees that gives the opportunity to work in the fashion industry. Extremely fast paced but forced me to challenge myself and be put me in situations where i had to figure things out on my own with no guidance which allowed me to skill up and grow very quickly. Because its understaffed and such a small team you get more opportunities to learn other skills outside of your role.

      Cons

      Management is very unprofessional. They do not value their staff, you're treated as though you can be replaced immediately. Staff were always concerned about being let go unfairly. There is no work culture. There's an obvious level difference between management and just being a staff memeber. Alot of inappropriate talk by staff higher up in management. Disrespectful talk from management about models which caused such a negative Environment to be in. Staff were sometimes humiliated Infront of team with no respect or privacy. Number of staff let go with extremely unfair dismissal. No external HR so because a staff member took on the role of HR and was close with management no staff could speak up about issues. Staff made to feel incompetent and pathetic in their role.
