Pros
Awesome concept and solid product. Love working with people who are passionate about helping kids learn & grow. Smart co-workers.
Cons
Lack of vision and communication from leadership. Turned out okay with the recent acquisition, but didn't have to make things so hostile / political. Typical start-up growing pains, but could do a better job at re-investing into team / collaborators. Poor pay, and lack of transparency / communication, especially from up above.
