      Pros

      - Fully remote - Work with amazing people from all over the world - Cutting edge technology - Encouraged to bring own ideas to the table, always likely to be implemented in the team is on board - Great benefits (we were all recently taken to Portugal for a week for a summit!)

      Cons

      Given it's a startup trying to find product market fit, we're often trying new things and it can seem a bit of a scattergun approach at times.
