- It's a tiny team, so sometimes you get to know things about your coworkers you probably could have done without knowing. Sometimes it causes friction.
- It's an open-floor concept so you can hear everyone when they are on client calls or consulting on an issue. White noise generators mitigate some of this, but not enough. Sales calls have to be creative with their space choices.
- It's hard to get change to happen. It takes a lot of repeating requests, documenting, proof points of research, and more often than not it still doesn't happen. You have to manage-up and make those who can make change happen think it's their idea which results in you not getting a lot of credit (if any).
