Just terrible

Pros

The CEO is clearly a good person with a great goal. The product also has some great strengths and is overtaking some of the legacy competitors.

Cons

My manager insisted I turn up to the office four days a week. In six weeks he turned up 4 times. Every time there was a different excuse. I received no training during that time, no local support and was even asked to buy my own equipment (admittedly they offered to refund me a month in arrears but I have never been asked to go out and buy my own laptop). Not exactly what one would expect from a heavily funded disruptor. They also didn't pay me on the day they said they would. Instead it took a week longer with no explanation provided.

Pros

None......although the product is great in principle, even client complain about the compatibility in terms of the integration not working. Blackline definitely beating them in the market especially on the Mid Market category

Cons

NO-ONE in the management structure is allowed or have the balls to make decisions. They have to fall in line with what the CEO decides & he is the most self absorbed narcissist you'll encounter. He even fire the CMO & promoted himself into that post!!!! No flexibility at all. You will be forced to be in office 5 days a week & attend compulsory training weekly. Don't be fooled by them saying that it's an American based company as it all started in India & the CEO applied that culture globally. If you don't put in the hours (After hours, you're not worth the company's time. They pay good salaries, but you'll have to consider selling your soul to the devil if that's what you want. Diversity does not exists in this culture either so don't be fooled by the values portrayed......it's a complete farce! Jump on the rollercoaster?!?!....give me a break!!!! Don't expect a work/life balance, there is none. Talk to current employees (not management) before making the leap too.

Poor culture and harsh target environment

Pros

- Opportunities to learn on the job - You can be promoted and do well if you hit the specific target they set

Cons

- Terrible leadership at the top from the CEO and COO - Not an environment where you can challenge leadership or they might get rid of you - Townhall meetings in 2022 contained bombshell and after bombshell with messaging saying get onboard or you won't do well at the company - Very harsh targets environment that lead to bickering and silos around who gets credit for activities - Poor culture in general - Move to get rid of local people and replace them with people in India
