Despite the fact your manager may be based in the US whilst you’re working in the UK, communication is usually fast and effective. Most of the managers are senior with plenty of experience and human approach to their employees. The company is flexible when it comes to working hours and home working. Offices are relaxed, no strict dress code. Lots of company events and benefits including free drinks and fruits at the workplace.

Cons

8 hours difference between US and UK offices sometimes means you have to work in late afternoons/evenings to attend calls.

- Total flexibility and really good work-life balance - Trust and support - Multi-cultural team - Talented and friendly colleagues - Most of the people in leadership positions are very warm and understanding - Opportunity to do something good with your work

- Certain feeling of instability - Some people in high positions are not very aware of reality. This affects all in one way or another
