Pros

good medical benefits, remote work

Cons

Corporate Finance is TOXIC! run far away if you can. Constantly doing RIFs, will gaslight you and blacklist you if you even try to post out for another internal job. Management is dysfunctional.

Pros

Many smart and dedicated employees trying to do the right thing • Exposure to complex healthcare data and large enterprise systems • Opportunities to learn how large organizations operate

Cons

Leadership often frames delivery challenges as “communication issues” rather than addressing underlying structural problems such as unclear requirements or evolving business logic. • Business stakeholders sometimes provide incomplete or evolving requirements, which can significantly impact design and development, yet accountability for this is not always clearly defined. • Teams may spend significant time diagnosing root causes, but systemic issues are difficult to resolve when the organization is resistant to acknowledging them.
